About Us

Richard Bayliss Tax Consultant: Richard spent his early working years with the Inland Revenue in Northamptonshire and the home counties, moving to a large tax company in London before deciding to “go it alone” in the late eighties. His previous partnership was a success and became a well-established firm attracting clients from all over the UK. In March 1999 he formed LowTax Ltd with Nicola Bayliss , whilst retaining his clients. Nicola Bayliss A.C.M.A. Director: Nicola spent the first part of her working life with an accountancy practice, before moving into industry to work for a large oil company in London and Warwick. She remained as a consultant in the oil industry for a number of years working on permanent and ad-hoc projects. She was also a partner in a small Brentwood based practice.
